静态灰度图像中的人脸检测及其快速算法概述

摘    要:人脸检测是当前计算机视觉和图像理解领域关注的重要研究课题.在灰度图像中检测人脸比在彩色图像中检测难度更大.该文从静态灰度图像的检测策略和加速算法两个方面概述了当前的研究状况,讨论了各自的优缺点,提出了应在保证适合具体应用场合的检测精度前提下,致力于提高人脸检测的速度.

Abstract:Face detection is now an important research topic of computer vision and image understanding.It is more difficult to detect human face in gray-level images than in color images.This paper gives an outline of the current research circumstance from detection strategy and accelerated arithmetic,and both the advantages and disadvantages of each detection strategy are discussed.At last,a point of view is brought forward that we should manage to accelerate the velocity of face detection when the detection precision is assured to fit the practical application.
