| 摘 要： | 信息质量(IQ)是信息共享发展的前提,从信息共享的本质特征看,科技信息资源共享必须解决信息质量最优化、共享程度最高效等实质问题,才能实现共享信息的价值。随着我国各类科技信息共享工程的逐步推进,共享信息的信息质量问题也日渐凸现,已成为影响我国科技信息共享工作的一个突出制约因素。本文基于对科技信息资源共享环境下存在的信息质量问题的认识,就进一步提高其信息质量提出了一些对策建议。
