| 摘 要： | 先秦儒学中经与权的关系,与群己、义利之辩紧密地联系着,是先秦儒家哲学所关注的主要问题之一.不同的儒家思想家对经权关系的阐释不尽相同,但作为先秦儒家整体趋向的则是在强调经即道德原则绝对性的同时,没有否认权变,这在某种程度上意味着对权即道德原则相对性的确认.在经权关系上,先秦儒家的思路大致预示了两个方面的问题:其一,对作为经之本的仁义的普遍制约性的强调,蕴含着导向独断论与权威主义的理论向度;其二,对权即道德原则相对性的确认,又在一定程度上构成了对独断论与权威主义的内在限制.

| Abstract: | The relation between "Jing" and "Quan" in the pre-Qin Confucian was one of the most prime problems of the pre-Qin Confucian philosophy,which was closely connected with the debate on righteousness and profitableness.To explain the relation between "Jing" and "Quan",different Confucianist had different opinions.But on the whole,the pre-Qin Confucian displayed a consistent tendency,that is,it emphasized the importance of "Jing",and at the same time,it also accepted the possibility of "Quan".This thought tenden... |
