| 摘 要： | 本文对QCS-006液压实验台热交换回路的液压系统及管道布置进行了详细的分析,找出了系统中温升过快的原因,提出了改进措施。系统的设计者忽视了液体因流动摩阻引起的压力损失,因而导致QCS-006系统热交换的不合理。

| Abstract: | The paper makes a detailed analysis of hydraulic system and pipeline arrangement of heat exchanging circuit in QCS-006 hydraulic teat table, finds out why the temperature increases too fast in the system, and presents the improving method. The desihner of this sytsem ignored the pressure loss of liguid due to flowing friction resistance, then resulting in less reasonableness of heat exchanging. |
