摘    要:以12电极油水两相流电容层析成像系统为研究对象,介绍了电容层析成像系统的工作原理及数学模型,采用有限元方法对传感器灵敏度分布(敏感场)进行计算和仿真,通过采用不等间距网格完成了传感器场域的自动剖分,分析了各个传感器参数对传感器性能的影响,提出了传感器性能评价函数,并基于正交试验法确定了一组优化参数,为传感器的设计及研制提供参考依据。

Abstract:The principle of electrical capacitance tomography (ECT) is introduced, and the simulation based on the finite element method (FEM) about the sensitivity distribution of 12-electrode capacitance transducers for oil and water two-phase flow system is discussed. Unequal mesh spacings are adopted in automatic plotting and the influence that the structural parameters of transducers impose on the performance of ECT is studied. The optimum design of transducer is achieved to improve the performance of transducers based on the given optimum function by the method of finite element and orthogonal test design, which offers reference for the design and development of transducers.
