| 摘 要： | 图书馆工作的好坏直接取决于图书馆员角色表演的成功与否。图书馆员需要在工作过程中，不断地对自己的角色加以修正、整合，通过图书馆激励机制的促进，使自己的角色表演处于最佳状态。
