| 摘 要： | 描述了信息化战争的基本特征。分析了我国应对信息化战争的有利因素和不足。指出：我国应积极推进中国特色的新军事变革，走机械化、信息化复合发展的道路，力争以最佳投入换取最佳安全保障。

| Abstract: | This paper describes the basic features of the informative war, analyzes the favorable factors and shortages of our country to deal with the informative war, and points out that our country should promote actively the new military revolution with Chinese characters, take the road of combinative development of mechanization and informatization, and strive by every means to get the best insurance at smallest cost. |
