生物质快速热解制备生物油

摘    要:大规模生物质快速热解制取生物油将成为解决液体燃料短缺的一个重要途径。总结了热解所需的原料预处理要求,介绍了各种热解反应器目前的应用状况,重点介绍了利用热解副产物(焦炭和燃气)实现自热式热解液化的工艺技术及其关键问题,并结合3种比较成熟的热解反应器介绍了最佳的自热式热解工艺,随后阐述了热解产物中的固体颗粒分离以及生物油冷凝的工艺,阐述了生物油生产、存储和运输过程中的环境、安全和健康问题。

Abstract:Large-scale fast pyrolysis of biomass to produce bio-oil will be an important technology to solve the problem of liquid fuel shortage.This paper starts with a summary of the feedstock pretreatment requirements for pyrolysis.Next,the recent applications of various pyrolysis reactors are reviewed,the autothermal pyrolysis technique by utilizing the byproducts(char and fuel gas)and the key problems involved are discussed,followed by a discussion on the best autothermal techniques based on three well developed pyrolysis reactors.The techniques associated with solid separation from the pyrolysis vapor and condensation of bio-oil are presented.In the end,the environment/health issues related to bio-oil production,storage and transportation are discussed.
