摘    要:冲击压路机由于采用了异形截面工作轮,使这种压路机有了新颖的作业方式.其工作轮与地的接触面形状,轮的滚动状态和对材料的作用方式及效果,与振动压路机的等半径截面工作轮有很大区别.本文采用了按过程分段分析方法,讨论不同状态下工作轮的速度特性,解释了该种轮工作时的宏观现象,文中结论可用于指导冲击压路机设计和制定施工工艺.

Abstract:For the with non circular section rolling wheel is adopted in impact roller, a new work method is made. It is very different from working wheel of vibration roller in many aspects, such as contact shape of the working wheel with ground, the moving state of the wheel, the way and effect of the action of the working wheel on compressed material. In this paper the working course is divided into two states and the speed characteristics of wheel under different states is discussed. The macro effect is explained. The results can be used to guide machine design and make job specification.
