| 摘 要： | 商人伦理是社会伦理在商事领域的特殊化体现,具有经济性、复杂性、地域性、稳定性、继承性、可移植性、自律性等特点.商人伦理与商法既有联系又有区别,要实现中国商法的现代化不仅要继承中国古代传统优秀的商人伦理还要移植西方先进的商人伦理.

| Abstract: | Businessmen's ethics are the special embodiment of the social ethics in the commercial field.It has many characteristics,such as economical efficiency,complexity,locality,stability,inheritablity,transplantablity,autorhythmicity and so on.There are relations and differences between businessmen's ethics and commercial law.To achieve the goal of the modernization of Chinese commercial law,not only do we have to inherit our country's traditional excellent businessmen's ethics,but also to transplant those advanced businessmen's ethics from western countries. |
