86例HIV阳性肺TB临床X线征象分析

总结ＨＩＶ并肺ＴＢ的临床及胸部Ｘ线表现特点。方法：分析了８６例ＨＩＶ阳性病人肺ＴＢ的临床及胸部Ｘ线表现，男４５例、女４１例，年龄１７～５８岁。结果：咳嗽、胸痛、发热、消瘦、皮疹等为常见症状，但无特异性。Ｘ线表现：病变多位于中下肺野，单侧浸润稍多于双侧，多为浸润型肺ＴＢ（７０例），可合并心包炎、气胸。肺空洞少见。结论：ＨＩＶ阳性合并肺ＴＢ，临床表现无特征性；Ｘ线表现：结核浸润可发生于任何肺段，多见于中下肺野，空洞形成较少，有别于单纯性肺ＴＢ。

Imaging Analysis of Clinical X-rays of 86 Cases with HIV Positive and Pulmonary TB

Objective: To summarize the clinical and thoracic X-ray signs of HIV with TB. Methods: The clinical and thoracic X-ray signs of 86 patients with HIV positive and pulmonary TB were analysed. 45 men and 41 women ranged in age from 17 to 58 years. Results: HIV/TB diseases manifested themselves commonly in such symptoms as cough, chest pain, fever, emaciation, skin-rash et al, with not any special signs being found. X-ray findings:Involved segments were commonly located in the middle and lower area of the lungs and infiltrations occured a little more in the single side than in both sides.Most of them belonged to infiltrated pulmonary TB(70 cases) with such complications as pericarditis and pneumothorax being found more and cavities seldom found. Conclusion: No special signs were found in HIV/TB patients clinically and X-ray shows that infiltrated areas of TB can be found in any segment of the lungs, but more common in the middle and lower parts of the lungs with little cavities. It shows that HIV/TB is different form common TB.
