| 摘 要： | 对３１例老年人（＞６０岁）非何杰金淋巴瘤临床治疗进行分析。治疗方案：ＣＨＯＰ（环磷酰胺、阿霉素、长春新硷及强的松）方案。将病人分为二组，Ａ组：ＣＨＯＰ方案普通药物剂量组；Ｂ组：ＣＨＯＰ方案根据病人年龄及体质状态药物剂量减至Ａ组的１／２～２／３。结果发现Ｂ组与Ａ组完全缓解率基本一致，但是３年存活率明显高于Ａ组，化疗相关残废率低于Ａ组，化疗药物副作用亦低于Ａ组。提示对老年人非何杰淋巴瘤适当减低化疗药物剂量，有利于提高疗效，保证生活质量，延长生存期

| Abstract: | Objectvie:To explore a approach to treat Non-Hodgikkin lymphoma (NHL) with CHOP in 31 elderly patients. Methods: Chemotherapy regimen CHOP (CTX,ADM,VCR and Pred.)in group A:With general doses of CHOP,in group B:The doses were 1/2-2/3 of CHOP in group A . Result: Although the complete remission rate(CR)in group B was not higher than that in group A,the 3 years survival rate in goup B was significantly higher,and the side-effect and mortality of chemotherapy were lower than those in group A. Conclusion: An appropriate reduce of CHOP doses is favorable for improving efficiency of treatment,life quality of patients and lengthening survival time.KH 3mmD] |
