| 摘 要： | 以辽宁科技大学为例,分析了学校体育工作的现状与存在的问题,并提出了改进对策.如：加大高校体育场地设施建设,加强师资队伍建设,加大各高校之间的体育交流,完善普通高校的体育工作管理,使其更加适应高校体育教学的需要.

| Abstract: | Taken University of Science and Technology Liaoning as an example, the situation and problem existed of school PE work were analyzed. And some improvement countermeasures are proposed such as enlarging stadium field facilities construction in colleges and universities,strenghthening construction of teacher team;increasing the PE communications among colleges and universities,and improving the PE management work to adapt to the need of PE teaching in colleges and universities. |
