摘    要:根据我国公路网已基本成型的特点,将里程和通行能力等功能属性作为分析公路网网络结构特性的重要依据. 通过对我国东部沿海5省市的公路网实证研究表明,具有实际物理功能属性的网络度分布特征能够反映公路网真实的结构性质. 提出了以路网结构中的关键节点和关键路段为核心内容的公路网应急管理标准化管理流程和决策支持技术,对实现我国公路网网络化、规模化和智能化管理,提升路网运营效率和安全水平具有重要参考作用.

Abstract:Based on the truth that the national highway network has been built basically, the functional properties, such as mileage and capacity were considered as important basis to analyze the network structure characteristics of highway network. By analyzing the highway network of five provinces and municipalities on the east of China, the network degree distribution characteristics with actual physical can be found out and functional properties can reflect the real structural features of highway network. The emergency management standardization processes and emergency management decision support technologies, which are the critical nodes and critical sections of highway network topology as the core content, were proposed. These results provide a useful reference for realizing network, scale and intelligent management of highway network, and improving operational efficiency and safety level of national highway network.
