摘    要:研究了电动汽车充电电价制定过程中政府与充电设施运营商的博弈. 通过建立随电动汽车保有规模变化的政府与企业的博弈模型,分析了电动汽车市场化发展初期,二者基于充电电价的博弈行为. 根据模型,以国内某城市电动汽车发展规划为实例,进行了分析求解. 结论表明,政府与企业进行合作博弈,能极大推动电动汽车及充电设施的市场化发展,实现政府、企业和社会的共赢.

Abstract:This paper researched the game between government and charging facilities on the electric car battery tariff design. It set up the government and enterprise operators game model which with the electric automobile scale changed, and analyzed their game behavior based on charge price in the early stage of electric car market development. Finally, a domestic city electric car development planning was taken as an example to discuss the solution of the model. The conclusion shows that the government and enterprise cooperation is very helpful to promote the development of electric vehicle and charging facilities market.
