摘    要:基于Vickrey瓶颈模型探讨多用户出行问题. 把出行者按时间价值划分为多个用户类型,建立多用户动态均衡混合互补模型,进一步简化为等价的线性互补模型. 利用线性互补模型的成熟理论,分别对单用户出行和不同分类标准下的多用户出行情况进行仿真实验. 算例结果表明,影响用户出发时刻决策的是早到、迟到时间与出行时间之比,与早到、迟到时间的绝对值无关;验证了交通管理措施中错时上下班的优势,根据出行者时间价值的不同错时安排上下班时间,大幅度降低交通均衡时的出行费用,提高路网利用效率.

Abstract:Based on the Vickrey model, the travellers were grouped into different user classes according to their time values. A linear complementary formulation of multi-user dynamic traffic assignment was established after the equivalent proof with the mixed linear complementary formulation. Several simulation experiments were made based on single-user and multi-user respectively. The results show that departure choices of individuals is a function of the ratio value of travel time to early arrival schedule cost and late arrival penalty, which are not the absolute value of travel time, early arrival schedule cost and late arrival penalty. The results also demonstrate the benefit of staggering work start time. The arrangement based on different time values will reduce greatly about the equilibrium cost and increase efficiency of the network.
