蒸汽吞吐井采出过程的压力温度场数值模拟

摘    要:蒸汽吞吐井采出稠油时,经常利用电缆加热,正确设定电缆加热时间、温度、范围可以节约开采成本,提高生产效益,本首先建立了井筒径向传热和产液径向传热模型,适用于产液需要或不需要电缆加热两种情况,然后对产液、油管、套管、水泥环的温度分布和产液的压力分布进行了数值模拟,最后比较了预测值与实测值,分析了误差产生的原因,总体结果表明预测值与实际值相符,这种数值模拟方法能有效地指导生产。

Abstract:During exploiting heavy oil in steam huff-puff production wells, Electric cables are usually used to heat produced liquid. If time, temperature and range of heating are correctly confirmed, exploitation cost will reduce, and benefit will increase. In this paper firstly two mathematics models, which are wellbore radial heat transmission mode and liquid radial heat transmission model, are established. Both are suitable for heating produced liquid or not. Secondly temperature distribution of produced liquid, tubing, casing and cement sheath are simulated, and so is pressure distribution of produced liquid. Finally practical data are compared to predicted ones, and possible causes of error are pointed out briefly. Generally predicted data are matched to practical ones, so this simulation method can guide production effectively.
