| Abstract: | Livestock Product Processes is a practical specialty course.In order to improve students' practical abilities and nurture creative talents,according to the requirements of food industrial development and the teaching target of Livestock Product Process,and considering the lack of experiments in previous teaching,this paper brings about the idea of scientifically enhancing experimental contents,operation skills and teaching management in this course. |
