小型水平爆轰管中纳米粉尘扬尘方法研究

摘    要:针对小型水平爆轰管进气量小,纳米粉尘容易团聚的特点,发展了适用于在小型水平爆轰管中进行纳米粉尘爆轰实验的扬尘方法。通过直接观察法对扬尘效果进行了检验,并将该方法应用到基于小型水平爆轰管的纳米铝粉爆轰实验中。结果表明,这种扬尘方法结构简单,扬尘效果好,能方便地用于小型水平爆轰管中进行纳米粉尘爆轰实验。

Abstract:Considering small volume of small detonation tube and agglomerate of nano-powder, a new dust dispersion method was developed for detonation experiments of nano-powder in horizontally small detonation tube. The effect of nano-powder dispersion was verified by direct observation. This method had been successfully used for nano-aluminum detonation experiments in horizontally small detonation tube. The results showed that this method has simple structure and can achieve good effect of nano-powder dispersion; therefore, it can be applied conveniently in horizontally small detonation tube for nano-powder detonation experiments.
