| Abstract: | The scientific development concept is a scientific interpretation to the current social development law. The guidance is the latest development of Chinese social philosophy, and it points out the fight direction for the development of the sports culture. It is a basic way to build college sports culture based on human and realizing comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development under the instruction of scientific development concept. |
