配合物处理酵母菌的生物学效应

摘    要:探讨了配合物参入培养基中对酵母的生物学效应。结果发现,随着培养其中配合物浓度增高,酵母菌的菌落数、细胞的直径、细胞内多种内含物的含量都有所降低。

Abstract:This article discussed the biological effects of complex ( Acetylbiphenyl thiosemicarbazone with cobalt ) in medium on Saccharomyces cereviseae . It is found that the colony number, the diameters of cell, varied internal material (nucleic acid, protein, soluable sugar and so on) of yeast decreased at different levels with increasing of complex concentration in medium.
