| 摘 要： | 为了保证人民群众和企业的生命财产安全,加强对电梯的定期检验工作,提高电梯定期检验质量,预防和减少事故,杜绝人员伤亡,根据《特种设备安全法》、《特种设备安全监察条例》、《电梯监督检验和定期检验规则》等法律法规和安全技术规范的要求,结合电梯定期检验实际,提出电梯在定期检验过程中应重点把握的几个问题。

| Abstract: | In order to ensure the safety of lives and properties of the people and enterprises, periodical inspections of elevators should be strengthened to improve the inspection effect, prevent and cut down accidents and avoid potential injuries. Based on requirements of the Special Equipment Safety Law, Regulations on Safety Supervision of Special Equipments, Elevator Inspection and Periodical Inspection Rules and other laws and regulations, technical specifications and safety requirements, as well as real practices, a few noteworthy issues for the inspection were proposed. |
