异质结光晶体管(HPT)的设计

摘    要:随着数字技术的发展,光探测、光存储、光信息的检测和处理都要求有较高性能的探测器。异质结光晶体管(HPT)作为一种光电探测器件,拥有较多优点。在对比当前应用的各种光敏二极管和传统的光晶体管的基础上,提出了异质结光晶体管的设计思路及具体实现方法。

Abstract:The development of digital technologies calls for the born of new detectors with higher performance in the field of optical detection, optical storage and optical information inspection and treatment. As a photoelectric detector, Heterojtmction Phototransistor(HPT)has various advantages. In contrast to a variety of photodiodes and phototransistors which are in current application, a design idea for HPT as well as its implementation were proposed.
