政府危机管理的信息需求及获取

政府危机管理的任务是危机的预警、预防、控制、恢复及学习，其目的是尽最大能力去预防危机，把损失降低到最小程度。危机事件本身以及与危机事件相关的各种信息是政府进行危机管理决策的前提与基础，及时准确的信息是保证政府快速做出正确决策的关键。文中在具体分析政府危机管理过程中所需要的各种信息基础上，进一步探讨了获取所需信息的途径与方式。

Requirement and Acquirement of information for Government Crisis Management

The tasks of government crisis management are crisis prediction, prevention, intervention, recovery and studying of crisis. The objects of crisis management are trying hard to prevent crisis occurrences and to let the crisis loss be least. Information of crisis and information related to crisis are the precondition and foundation for government make crisis management decisions, so timely and accurate information is the key to government for making rapid and correct decisions. In this paper, we analyze all kinds of information required in the process of government crisis management, and then explore the approaches to acquirement of information.
