| 摘 要： | 分析了IGES文件格式及B样条曲面的数据记录格式，从CAD模型中提取了曲面信息，探讨了自由曲面的轮廓度误差评定方法，采用共轭梯度法优化了测量点至曲面误差的计算，并以汽车的加油小门为例，验证了系统的可行性，提高了计算效率。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the IGES format and data record format of B-spline are represented briefly,and a method of error evaluation on free-form surface is advanced.This paper researches the question on error evaluation of B-spline surface.This paper optimizes the calculation method of the distance so as to upgrade the calculating efficiency highly. |
