摘    要:本文用两相滴定法测定了1-苯基-3-甲基-4-己酰基吡唑啉酮-5(简称PMHP)的电离常数K_a、溶解度S、两相分配常数K_d及两相电离常数K_(aE),并根据Hildebrand的非电解质溶液理论及PMHP在两相体系中的两相常数的测定结果,推导出计算PMHP在有机溶剂与水两相中的K_d与K_(aE)的半经验公式。

Abstract:The dissociation constant K_a , the solubility S, the two-phase distritbution coefficient K_d and the two-phase dissociation constant K_(aE) of 1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-hexanoyl-pyrazolone-5 (PMHP) have been determined. The results were interpreted with hildebrand's theory of regular solution and two semi-empirical formulas for calculation of the K_d and K_(aE) of PMHP were established.
