| 摘 要： | 一套橡胶管自动清吹电气控制系统的设计以可编程控制器(PLC)与继电接触器为基础,利用软、硬件相结合的方法从而实现逻辑控制。系统主要通过可编程控制器(PLC)编程对工业生产的全过程进行有效控制。该系统具有手动和自动功能,并带有自动报警、操作方便、运行安全可靠。它能有效地减轻操作人员的劳动强度,保证工业生产的顺利进行。

| Abstract: | The electrical control system which designed to clean the rubber tubes automately is based on PLC and delays, adopting hardware and software control simutareously, which makes it effetive to meet the requiremeet. It can realize auto-operation, hand-operation and auto-alarm, which can relieve the workers and ensure the production efficiency. |
