基于遗传算法的炼油厂多周期生产库存管理优化

摘    要:为了应对季节性变化的市场需求和降低成本,针对市场需求不确定条件下的炼油厂生产库存优化问题,建立了一个考虑市场预测的多周期优化实例模型。模型中引入侧线采出总收率变量,简化了约束方程。然后根据模型特点采用实数编码的混合遗传算法(GA)进行求解。最后用某炼油厂的生产销售数据进行了优化计算,计算结果表明,基于遗传算法的多周期优化在基本满足市场需求的同时可大幅度降低总体库存费用。

Abstract:A multi- period optimization model was developed for refinery processing and inventory management. The model minimizes the stock cost for a given demand uncertainty. The sum of the side-draw yields, a new concept describing inventory flows was introduced into the optimization model to predigest the restriction functions. A mixed genetic algorithm using real number coding was used to solve the optimization problem. A case study shows that the model efficiently reduces the total inventory cost while satisfying customer demand.
