关于职业教育产学结合的思考

产学结合是职业教育适应区域经济发展需要,培养具有创新精神和实践能力的技能型人才的有效教育模式,是职业教育面向社会、服务社会、推动社会经济发展的重要途径,也是职业教育自身发展的有效方式。但产学结合法律缺失、企业内驱力不足、教师技术服务功底不深等问题严重影响了产学结合的有效实施。笔者试图通过这些分析,提出解决问题的思路和方法。

The integration between production and teaching is an effective education mode needed by vocational education to fit regional economic development and cultivate technical talents with creative spirit and practical ability. It is an important way for vocational education to be faced to the needs of society, to serve the society and to promote the soeiety＇s economical development, and is also an effective way for the self - development of vocational education. Meanwhile, problems as incompletion of related laws, companies＇lack of motivation and teachers＇weak background in technical services seriously restricts the effective enforcement of this integration. New ideas and mechanisms to solve these problems through analysis.
