柴油机气道Pro/E建模及CFD数值模拟分析的研究

摘    要:利用CFD数值模拟技术探求柴油机螺旋气道几何形状对气体流动状况的影响规律,对所设计的气道进行预测.通过Pro/E构建气道流体实体模型,利用通用的几何标准将模型导入到有限元分析软件ANSYS中进行分析,得到气道内、气道出口的速度分布、紊流动能分布等结果,采用动量矩流率对涡流水平进行评定,并对气道进行改进.

Abstract:CFD mumerical simulation technology is used to explore the effects of the diesel spiral airway geometry on the gas flow condition,and predict the design of the airway.Through the Pro/E,a solid model of airway fluid is built.A common geometric standard model is used to guide into the finite element analysis software ANSYS to analyze,to get the airway,airway export velocity distribution and the result of turbulent kinetic energy distribution.Angular momentum flux is used to assess the eddy current level and improve the airway.
