摘    要:为提高高速加工中的加工精度和效率,根据型腔加工中环切法的特点,及环间法向移刀的刀具轨迹不光滑,铣削力大且不平稳,提出了Clothoid曲线的环间移刀方法,对刀具轨迹进行优化.实验表明,Clothoid曲线过渡更平稳,铣削力更小.

Abstract:To improve the processing of high-speed machining accuracy and efficiency,the method of Clothoid curve to optimize the toolpath between loops in HSM of pocket is proposed based on the characteristics of the contour-parallel method of pocket,the unsmooth tool-path of knife,and large and uneven milling force.The result indicates that Clothoid curve is more smooth and steady,and milling force is smaller.
