调频谐振式交联聚乙烯电缆耐压试验电源的研制

摘    要:针对交联聚乙烯电缆的电容特性,介绍了等脉宽控制LC串联谐振耐压试验方法,通过理论分析计算证明了采用等脉宽控制技术在负载电容上同样可以得到正弦波电压,并进行了仿真验证.仿真的结果证明了理论分析的正确性,设计了基于SG3525芯片的控制电路,并进行了系统测试.实验结果表明:电路各部分性能达到预期的要求.

Abstract:In this paper the withstand voltage test method of the equivalent pulse with control of LC series resonance voltage is introduced according to the capacitance characteristics of XLPE cable.It proves that the load capacitor which adopts equivalent pulse with control technology can also obtain sine wave voltage by theory analysis and calculation.The theoretical analysis is simulated,which proves it is correct.The control circuit system which is based on SG3525 chip is tested.The experimental result shows that the performance of each part of the circuit satisfies expected requirements.
