| 摘 要： | 垃圾处理建设项目是城市基础设施建设项目的重要内容之一,对其进行后评价分析,总结项目建设的经验,对于提高政府解决城市垃圾处理问题的能力具有十分重要的意义.通过逻辑框架法在某垃圾处理场建设项目后评价中的应用和研究,对逻辑框架法的实际应用进行了有益探索.

| Abstract: | Garbage disposal project is one of the important contents of the city infrastructure construction.To do the post evaluation of garbage disposal project and summarize the experience of project construction are significant to enhance the government’s capacity for solving the problem of urban garbage disposal.The logical framework approach is used in the post evaluation of one garbage disposal project.which is beneficial and practical. |
