利用电弧光谱对TIG焊接电弧弧长的检测

摘    要:系统地研究了电弧光谱中特征谱线辐射强度与弧长的关系,指出谱线辐射强度随弧长的改变而变化,两者之间有确定的变化规律.基于对众多谱线的分析,从中选出ArI 801.5 nm特征谱线,建立了该谱线辐射强度与弧长的关系方程.该方程式的建立为电弧弧长的光谱检测提供了理论基础.

Abstract:The welding arc contains abundant information.The relationship between the intensity of spectral lines and arc length was studied systematically. The conclusion is provided that the intensity of spectral lines increases with the increasing of arc length,and the relationship is specific.Basing on the analysis of multitudinous lines,the ArI 801.5 is selected to establish the formula about intensity of the line and the arc length.The establishing of the formula provides a theoretical foundation for arc length detection using arc spectrum.
