摘    要:根据小波变换与分形理论在认识事物的本质上都是基于从总体向局部、从宏观向微观的自相似原理,提出一种以小波作为标尺来定义分维数的思想,从而建立了一种以信号的绝对和作为度量参数的小波分维数。对钻头整个磨损历程中钻削力信号小波分维数变化规律的研究表明:运用小波分维数可更加有效地刻画信号的本质特征,钻削过程扭矩和轴向力信号小波分维数的变化与钻头磨损之间表现出密切的相关性,采用该方法可准确实现钻头磨损状态的监测。

Abstract:This paper suggests a concept to define the fractal dimension using the wavelet as the scale on the basis of the fact that the wavelet transformation and fractal theory have the self-similarity principle from the whole to the local and from the macrocosmic to the microcosmic in knowing the substances,whereby a new wavelet fractal dimension with the absolute sum of signals as the measurement parameters is established.The studies of wavelet fractal dimension changing laws of drilling force signals in the process of drill wears indicate: the application of wavelet dimensions can effectively portray the essential characteristics of signals as well as the correlative relationships between the variations in the wavelet fractal dimensions of the torque and thrust signals in drilling process and the drill wears.Accordingly the adoptation of this method can achieve the monitoring of the drill wearing states accurately and effectively.
