| 摘 要： | 目前高校资产存在多头管理、相互脱节、制度缺失,资产核算不规范以及盲目购建、划转随意等问题,只有加强对资产管理的研究,健全资产管理的组织机构,明确管理职责,采取建账、建表、建卡等措施,才能实现规范管理、优化配置、提高办学综合效益的目标。

| Abstract: | There are such problems in the assets in the institutions of higher learning as: multi-management without cooperation,lack of management rules and standards,indiscriminate purse,and random assignment.The normalized management, optimization of disposition,and improving the benefit of running the university can be realized with the study on the management of the assets,improvement of the management system,definition of the management duty through the ways of building accounts,forms,and cards. |
