吉林省经济发展水平的区域差异与协调发展研究

通过建立吉林省区域经济发展水平指标体系，利用层次分析法确定相关指标权重，对吉林省2005年49个市县的经济发展状况进行综合评价。根据各市县综合评价数值，将其划分为经济发达、次发达、中等、欠发达和落后等5种经济类型区，并分析了各经济类型市县经济差异产生的原因。最后，讨论了吉林省区域经济协调发展的相关对策。表2，参16。

Regional Economic Difference of Counties and Harmonious Development in Jilin Province

At first, the index system is estabhshed by using AHP method to evaluate the regional economic difference of counties in Jilin province.After weights of indexes are computed through ordering to AHP, the difference of comprehensive economic level in 49 areas （cities, counties） is studied with the data in 2005. Based on the results,Jilin province is divided into five types of economic areas,and the characteristics of regional difference of counties is analyzed. Thirdly, the causes of the regional difference are studied in respects of natural condition, history, policy, location, market etc. In the end, several measures about harmonious development of each kind of counties are put forward, such as improving spatial structure of urban system though cultivating big cities,regional economic growing points and perfecting point--axis and network system; adjusting industrial structure according to regional comparative advantages; intensifying financial support to the backward counties and enhancing regional talent accumulation.
