论公安派文人的政治思想

在明代士人中,有些士人把儒家的道德绝对化,儒家道德伦理不仅成为他们行为的准则,而且也是处理政治问题的根本原则。但是,把儒家道德伦理绝对化和泛化并不能解决现实政治问题,因而,明代另外一些士人如王阳明、李贽等对这种政治思想进行了反思。公安派文人深受王阳明、李贽等人的影响,提倡无为而治,指出了如何对待小人的原则,表现出了重实效的特征。

The Political Ideas of Scholars of Gong'an School

Some of the scholars in Ming Dynasty look on the Confucius morals as rigid doctrine. They take the Confucius morals as both their behavioral standards and the basic principles in dealing with political matters. But the absolute and generalized such morals can not solve the real political problems. Consequently, some of the scholars in Ming Dynasty, such as Wang Yangming and Lizhi, reflected on these ideas. The Gong＇an scholars who are deeply influenced by the ideas of Wang Yangming and Li Zhi advocate ＂letting nature take its own course＂ and points out how to cope with mean person. Thus they attach importance to the practical aspect.
