Nb搀杂TiO2催化剂结构与光催化性能研究

摘    要:采用共沉淀法制备了Nb5 搀杂的TiO2光催化剂,使用X-射线粉末衍射(XRD)和紫外-可见漫反射光谱(UV-vis DRS)等技术对催化剂进行了表征,并对样品光催化降解和矿化水体中苯酚的催化活性进行评价.结果表明,Nb5 离子搀杂导致了TiO2晶格参数发生变化,紫外-可见吸收带边向低波长方向移动,带隙能量增加,并在可见光谱区域形成新的吸收带.Nb5 搀杂导致TiO2光催化活性降低.

Abstract:Titanium oxide photocatalysts doped with niobium ion were prepared by coprecipitation. The structure and photocatalytic activity have been studied by means of powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), UV-visible diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (UV-vis DRS) technique and photocatalytic degradation of phenol in water. The results revealed that the photocatalytic activity of titanium oxide decreases for the energy of UV absorbance edge increasing with Nb 5+ doping. A new band gap state was detected due to Nb 5+ ions incorporated into titanium dioxide through Ti-O-Nb band.
