| 摘 要： | 利用８９Ｃ２０５１单片机内部的比较器，采用斜坡式电压－时间转换原理，再加上少量的外围器件，开发了一个具有Ａ／Ｄ转换功能的ＡＴ ８９Ｃ ２０５１单片机，扩展了应用功能。
