纤维素酶在葛根提取工艺中的应用

摘    要:为研究纤维素酶对葛根提取工艺的影响,采用平行对比实验和正交设计,并以薄层扫描法对葛根提取物进行含量测定.结果显示,用纤维素酶解后,葛根素含量提高175.9%,影响酶解的因素为温度、时间、pH值、用酶量.

Abstract:To research the effect of cellulose enzyme on the extract technics of pueraria. We adopt parallel experiments and orthogonal design,use the method of TLCS to determine the contents of the extracted material in pueraria. After the use of cellulose enzyme,the content of puerarin in the extracted material had increased by 175.9 %. The facts effecting the enzyme-hydrolyze are temperature,time,pH,the cost of enzyme.
