旋转斜面压迫式切槽机的结构设计及模态分析

摘    要:针对传统切槽方法存在的问题,设计了一种新型切槽机构,刀具一方面进行旋转的主运动,另一方面在斜面的压迫下进行径向的进给运动来完成切槽工作.介绍了切槽机结构和工作原理,建立了切槽机的虚拟模型,使用虚拟装配和仿真,通过仿真软件ANSYS对其主轴系统进行模态分析,找出存在的问题,为优化设计提供了依据.

Abstract:To solve the existing questions of usual methods of notch-cutting,a new type notch-cutting machine is designed where its main motion and feeding motion are carried out by tool's rotation and radial feed at the same time. Its structure and working principle are introduced and its virtual model is established. The modal analysis of the spindle system is made on the simulation software ANSYS. The results show the ex- isting problems and offer reference for optimal design.
