摘    要:立柱是加工中心的重要组成部分.针对其特点利用有限元方法,在Pro/E中建立三维模型,并利用ANSYS软件对立柱进行静力学分析,通过有限元计算得到了立柱在重力和切削力作用下的变形、应力和应变分布,并得出导轨最大位移变形量为0.837×10-7mm.经分析找出了衡量立柱刚度大小的主要因素,从而为加工中心的改进提供可靠的理论依据.

Abstract:The column is an important part of NC machining center. According to the characteristics of the col- umn,we use the finite element design to create a three-dimensional model of column in Pro/E and analyze it with ANSYS software. By the finite element design we got the deformation stress and strain of the column under the gravity and cutting force. The largest displacement of deformation was 0. 837× 10-7 ram. The main factor that in- fluences the column rigidity was found by analyzing the results. Thereby, it can provide the reliable foundation which is helpful to the improvement of the NC machining center.
