| 摘 要： | 信息化教学资源是中小学基本普及信息技术教育，以信息化带动教育的现代化的基础。本论证了信息化教学资源的特征和基本类型，提出了加快信息化教学资源的开发与建设的指导思想、实施方针和工作方法。
