催化荧光法测定痕量铬(Ⅵ)的研究—铬(Ⅵ)—溴酸钠—还原型罗丹明B体系

摘    要:基于铬(Ⅵ)对BrO_3~-—还原型罗丹明B体系的催化作用。本文建立了一种荧光增强测定痕量铬(Ⅵ)的新方法。运用固定时间法研究了该方法的最佳反应条件。其线性范围为4.0~32.0ng/ml,检出限为1.6ng/ml。

Abstract:A new catalytic-fluorometric method based on the bromate oxidation of ReducedRhodamine B catalyzed by Chromiun(VI)for the determination of trace Chromium(VI)has been estab-lished.The optimum reaction conditions are obtained with fixed time method.Under the optimum condi-tions,the enhancement of the intensity of fluorescence is proportional to the concentration ofChromium(vI)over the range 4.0-32.0ng/ml.The limit of detection is 1.6ng/ml.This method has beensuccssfully used in the determination of Chromium(VI)in polluted water.
