普通话教学漫谈

随着我国经济建设步伐的加快 ,社会的许多行业都对人才的普通话水平提出了更高的要求 ,不仅对教师、播音员、节目主持人 ,而且对政府公务员 ,对旅游、交通、餐饮等行业的从业人员 ,都有了不同的要求 ,显然 ,普通话课程只面向师范院校开设已不适应形势的需要 ,师范院校的其他专业和其他各类大中专院校都应当开设。社会对于人才语言的要求不只是普通话的要求 ,更重要的是对人才语言能力的要求。大中专院校不能滞后于飞跃发展的形势 ,应与时俱进 ,加快普通话教学改革 ,尽快开设适合自己需要的“语言训练”课程 ,培养出适合社会需要的有用之才。

A Discussion of Mandarin Teaching

With economic development quickening, many trades of society put forward higher demands in mandarin level in talent. It includes not only the teacher, announcer, anchor-person, but also the government's civil servants, employees in travel, traffic, food and beverage industry. Obviously, mandarin lessons offered in normal colleges and schools only have not met the needs of situation yet, and other kinds of universities, colleges, junior colleges and special secondary schools should offer similar programs. To the society, the requirement on talent's language ability is more important than the requirement for mandarin. In order to adapt to this change, "Chinese Course Standard of Full-time Compulsory Education" has switched the "obedient to speak" over to "the spoken communication", which reflects the sensitivity of basic education. As the center of personnel training, we can't lag behind, we should grow with each passing hour, accelerate mandarin teaching reform, offer suitable "language-drilling" course as soon as possible. By this way, we can train more and more talents who are just useful for the society.
