| 摘 要： | 从工业现场智能仪表的应用特点出发，结合实践经验，详细讨论了基于msp430的智能仪表的软硬件设计，实验应实际运行的情况表明设计是合理的，在功能、可靠性、耗电、精度等方面都达到了预期的效果．
