| 摘 要： | 以汽车变速器锥齿轮为研究对象,设计了锥齿轮的温挤压成形工艺及模具结构,大大降低了制造成本,提高了工作效率,同时该方法能够使金属材料产生挤压强化,提高了材料的机械性能,具有广阔的市场前景。

| Abstract: | Prick Gear of automobile derailleur is the study object in the paper,the warm extruding technology of gears and die structure were designed,and reduced cost of manufacture,increased work efficiency,the method could make metal materialat produce extrusion pressure at the same time,it improve the machine capability,and there will be wider market foreground. |
