| 摘 要： | 应用非牛顿型流体剪应力方程，建立糖膏在间歇式结晶罐中的流体力学模型。经与前人的模型比较，初步揭示了糖膏作为非牛顿型流体时对其流运过程的影响。

| Abstract: | new fluid dynamics model is established for the circulation of massecuitesin the vacuum pans with the shear stress equation of non -Newton fluid. As an example, itreveals by comparing with a previous model the influence of the non-Newton fluid properties of massecuites on their flowing processes. |
