摘    要:研究了在TritonX-100存在的水溶液中铜(Ⅱ)-1,10-菲咯啉-赤藓红体系的荧光猝灭反应.铜与1,10-菲咯啉(Phen)和赤藓红(TIF)反应形成组成为[Cu(Phen)_2](TIF)的离子缔合络合物并引起赤藓红的荧光猝灭,此反应具有高的灵敏度,其检测限为3.6μg·L~(-1)铜.研究了反应的适宜条件和其它离子的影响.在用二苯硫腙-CCI_4分离和预富集后,方法可用于水和土壤样品中痕量铜的测定.

Abstract:The reaction of the fluorescence quenching of copper(II)-l, 10-phenanthroline-erythrosine system in aqueous solution in the presence of TritonX-100 was studied,Copper( I )reacts with l,10-phenanthrolihe(Phen)and erythrosine(TIF) to form a ion-association complex of composition [Cu(Phen)2](TIF) and set off the quenching of fluorescence of erythrosine. The reaction has high sensitivity and its detection limit is 3'.6ugL-1 of Cu(II).The optimum cordit ons of the reaction and the effects of other ions were investigated. The value of fluorescence quenching has good line relationship with concentration of copper ( II )in the range 0-1.0 ng of copper per 25 ml. After separation and preconcentr-ation with extraction of dithizone-CC14, the method can be applied to determination of trace amounts of copper in water and soil samples.
